TOURNAMENT REGISTRATION
Once teams are informed of their acceptance into the tournament the following applies:
1. Player Roster Sheet filled out on-line, mailed or faxed by November 30, 2007
Team stickers for game sheets MUST be mailes in by Dec 5/07 with childs full name and number. List "C" and "A's". All coaching staff's name and certification numbers MUST be on the stickers. Adjustments can be made if needed at tournament time.
2. Approved Travel Permit faxed by November 30, 2007
3. Registration will take place at the Cataraqui Arena at least one hour before your first game with the following requirements:
a. Manager or Coach MUST be present, players do NOT have to be present
b. Travel permit
c. Regular and affiliated player cards, CHA or Hockey USA cards and numbers
